That is why I think it is funny as hell that they want to ban cars over 150 bhp. That is what...around 75% of the cars on the road today? And Honda VTEC getting banned...I wonder if she knows that VTEC (ex, not SI) d motors are for fuel economy, and not really performance.

Second, if you do a search of the Library of Congress, HR 10200 IH doesn't exist.

Third, the House of Representatives' website reports that Congress wasn't in session when this bill was supposedly introduced.

This doesn't mean that sometime in the future, while the Democrats enjoy a possible fillabuster proof Congress with a Democratic president that they won't try this and other crazy stuff.
