Western Members - Looking for a roomy to share my burbank hills apt.

Hi, I've got a room for rent in my Burbank apartment. I'd prefer a female roomy, but it isn't mandatory.

It is a very cool 2 bedroom 2 bath (with your own bathroom) apartment located near downtown Burbank (6-8 blocks away). Hollywood, Pasadena and the Valley are about 15 minutes away. You'd be pretty centrally located to everything.


Here are some of the amenities you get with the apartment:

a subterranean gated parking spot
cable, HBO, phone, and a high speed internet connection.
Gym
Intercom to let in visitors (building is fully gated)
A bike lock away room
2 BBQ pits
and we have a pool as well


The apartment is in the Burbank foothills, and has a nice little view too. Everything in downtown Burbank is walking distance away.


You'd be sharing the apartment with a mellow guy who is a professional and who lives a pretty clean and active lifestyle and prefers his home a quiet and relaxed sanctuary. I work full time (in the television industry), love music, movies, sports, working out and a variety of extreme outdoor activities.


There is a deposit, rent is $800 + 1/2 utilities (cable/internet, and electricity..it's comes to about $80 each a month)

I hear ya...Burbank is a bit warm, and you can't really beat living at the beach....oh well, lol.

There is a high price to pay to live near the beach...

I have cameras set up around the house so she must be used to walking around naked since they are always on. I work in the music biz so I might be able to help her get work in my music videos. I need a job bad and I'm going to be moving for sure - if I find anything near Burbank I'll let you know. I was paying $800/m to live with my parents in OC! They're moving to the middle of fucking nowhere, so I'm only going with as a last resort.

Mike so then why a female roommate?? doesn't that cause problems with the girlie? anyways i hope ya get a chill person in there, I have lived with roommates that were complete neglegenat people, one of my roommates mom's paid his credit card for him every month, bought him his truck and paid for some stuff when he needed it cause he would spend all his money on random trips to san diego, or the desert or vegas or the beach. Or buying fireworks to light them off in my room while I was sleeping, this was when I had two jobs and was working 11 hour days between the two.
