All I have to say is GM had better answer this, because I really like this car, and I am as diehard GM as they come.
I was already considering getting a 03 Cobra next because of their ability to get huge rwhp #s with little money and few mods. This would be shoe in unfortunately if they come out like this with even more horsepower then they have now. I hope GM answers with a new, beautiful F-bod.

the interior is skank and the car sucks I thought they would have figured out retro sucks when the thunderchicken started failing, I hope this is a similar experience for Ford If this fails and so will the GT (who would buy a ford over a ferrari or even a porsche?) maybe we can rid the world of ford all together!!! (Dr. Evil laugh)muaahhhahahahah!!

I like the retro look. I think they could have gone a bit more aggressive with the rear end. The front view is nice. Like the tach and speedo guages, don't like the shifter. Being interesting to see what the aftermarket will offer in apperance mods. I think the car has potential. Although I would never buy a Ford as I don't trust their reliablity.

I like it!! Way to go Ford.

These are exciting times, the new "muscle car era". Ford is doing a damn good job in my book. Things could get real exciting if Chrysler and GM would step up in the low price high performance market and start a new HP war.

Can't wait for the new Z06!!!

I really like it too. Hell, I even like the 99 and newer look.

I love it. I'd definitely drive that car. Now, if htey can only get some decent power out of that motor...

Its an improvement over the current '99+ "new edge" style, but it appears that they have softened the look a bit too much. The prototypes that they showed a year ago looked meaner, more aggressive. This one looks kind of "happy" or something.

The console looks a little cheesy, but I like the dash. I see Ford still likes the factory 4x4 ride height on their Mustang though.

Why the hell do the Mustang seats always have to look like two peices of flat plywood?

As far as the '99+ Mustangs are concerned I can take them or leave them...I think they look okay. But I'm pretty impressed with the pics of the '05. I'm on the fence with retro looks as they can look really good or really crappy, but I think Ford finally got the rear end right on these cars. I like the front too. It's hard to tell about the sides, but overall I'm pretty impressed. Too bad it's the 4.6 though.

Is there some kind of safety regulation or something that they can't put the gas filler on the rear panel. It looks cheesey with the fake gas filler cap on the back and then the real gas door is just a normal plan jane one on the quarter.

I like the concept a lot better....this car indeed does look way too soft...
