User Support & Resources - Tracking a message

How do i track a private message? I want to see if when a person reads my message.( if possible)

Down at the bottom of the page where you type the message there is a check box that says: "Request a read receipt for this message." That should do the trick.

EDIT: I can't remember, but when you open a message where the sender has 'requested a read receipt,' it may give the recipient the option to deny the request...
