This MONEY is a good thing for GMAC :engarde:
Most folks don't bring cash when they buy a new our used vehicle. cash is still good.
Most folks don't go to a bank or look on line for credit before they buy a new or used vehicle. this is not smart!!
The word is we, the dealers, can now send deals to GMAC when we find folks in the 620 range. :chug::chug:
The recent cut off was a strong 700 or more.

^^^^Oh.... don't get me nor LS1LT1 wrong.... I think both of us think this is GOOD NEWS for GM!!!!!!!!! :usa:

Hopefully this moves some vehicles for GM.
I would think that Barney Frank & the rest of the pack in congress would put Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae in charge of vehicle financing. They could do like they did for mortgages and eliminate that pesky criteria of actually being able to pay for the car you are buying. I mean, shazam! Vehicles would start selling like crazy. Then to avoid repos we could have a judge arbitrarily reduce the value of the loan like they want to do for mortgages.
That's what I'm hoping for...I'll take a Z06 and a 1 ton 4x4 please. :D
