They are directly below the right side headlight assembly. You reach them from under the vehicle like you do with the turn signal lamps.

Right and left are always used as sitting in the driver's seat so the driver's side is left and the passenger's side is right (in North America).
Not as bad as "stage left" and "stage right" which are taken from the actor's point of view when facing the audience - the opposite of the audience's point of view. :rolleyes:
