Stereo & Electronics - Locks don't work with remote or button

For some reason this started a couple weeks ago. When I press the button on my keyless remote to lock/unlock, the car will honk/flash lights but will not physically lock or unlock. Also if I try using the button on the door, it won't work I just hear a clicking sound behind the glove box. So I've had to pull or push the lock and use my key and set off the alarm everytime I get in. Any help??

check fuses, or it could be a bad relay. i believe the relays are in the passenger kickpanel.
