Stereo & Electronics - Flash high beams?

Most cars I have driven can flash their high beams with or without the lights on and without the high beams permanently engaging (e.g. Ford: pull turn signal stalk to flash, push it to engage high beams). The Camaro does not seem to be able to do that.

Am I missing something and the Camaro has this feature?

If not, can it be retrofitted? (Maybe use the turn signal stalk from a different model)
