Hey guys last night i went out to my car and it would not start but instead the aftermarker auto-mate alarm that was on the car before i bought would go CRAZY with the siren and headlights going up and down. SO today i got under the dash and was very confused on how to fix this problem, I found a lil black box that had a few harnesses of wires going into it. I pull all of them out and pull the lil box that says auto-mate on it out. My car starts fine now.. My question is should that be all i need to do? can i just leave everything else be? Sorry for the questions guys but i dont want to hurt anything. Thanks!
