Jeff -
I see there is a $150.00 charge for Thurs. - Sun. Does that mean we can go on Thursday set up our pit and tech in. OR do we have to wait until Friday??

Unfortunately they do not let us run two classes.... I have tried for two years at the lsx shootout in Memphis and they do not allow it. Basically if you run a regular NMCA class you are not allowed to enter a "special race" If they did, I bet 6 or 7 of us Vettes would run EFI the same weekend.
JR, I am pretty sure you can tech in on Thursday for that that additional fee which is driven by the staff they bring for this setup.

All our stuff got rained out this weekend. I'll be goin to the shootout with no 2009 1320 laps on my setup. It should be interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did get about 120 street miles in after the starter episode.
See You There Buddy

I may have misspoken. I thought I saw it on the scchedule they would be there Thursday but I don't see it now so you might not be able to enter Thursday after all.
I posted on their board and Jeff or I will get back to you soon.

Thursday is parking only for vendors and racers no racing. Tech will not be running because I will still be setting up for the event. Tech will be open at 8am on Friday. The gates close on thursday at 5pm so if you would like to get a good parking space be at the track before 5pm on Thursday. Thursday is set up on the schedule for early birds.
Unfortunatley we do not let you run in two classes with the same car. It would not be fair to the guy running in LM EFI running for the championship. Running in both would give that person an advantage because of the multiple chances down the track. Feel free to run in both with two different cars.
