Fueling & Injection - fuel rail removal

im wanting to remove the fuel rails/coil packs so i can clean my engine up some from misc. road debris and oil stuff/just plain ole' dirty. any help with this? do i need to bleed pressure?

For cleaning leave them in place or you will get the debris into the motor and cause damage.
