with that cam and compression Id say 470 FWHP depending on how hard you turn it

The most it will see for rpm is 6200rpm. This motor will also be getting a 100hp shot of the giggle gas. I'm hoping it will be able to move my vette into the low 12's

I'd say 430 at the flywheel with all accessories installed.
You have enough power to get into the 12s (especially with the 100 shot). Problem will be putting it to the ground.
What trans, gears, tires and suspension you have? How much does your vette weigh?

i have 3.73 gears in the back, but I've changed my tire profile so it acts more like a 3.90 gear. I have changed out the suspension with all polyurathane parts. The car weighs in right around 3400lbs without me in it.

That combo can make almost 500hp if everything is perfect - timing, carb tuning, exhaust....

the car in my avatar has a 388 with a 175 shot and it went 10.23

I guess the thing i forgot to mention is that I'm at 3400ft above sea level. This altitude just sucks the power right out of cars. I have to get it to a dyno but I'm thinking 400whp and 490whp spray. I can't believe how much timing I can throw at this thing out here.

i took 3 jet sizes out of the primarys and secondaries to compensate for this altitude. I'm wondering if that is enough.
