I sold him an LS1 swap for his LT1 Trans Am. I was in the middle of moving shops and there was a delay on shipping his parts out. Anyhow, we did a cam install, valve springs, and clutch install for him. It is shipped to him, with a second two days behind the engine.(note: I payed for the shipping on the engine for him, to try and make up for the delay) So he gets the engine, and not the other pallet yet. He thinks I am screwing him out of parts and does a credit card charge back on 4950. So at this point now I am out $4950...
All this started in February and is still on going. Now, I finally was able to get $4000 out of him. He had some issues with the transmission and I was good for splitting the labor with him on the trans being fixed. So now he owes me 700 dollars.
I do not know what to do, other than get the civil system involved. It is sad that anyone can get their money back with out any questions back.
