to much power?

no,

this is a 4 channel amp when bridging it to 2 channel it will stable at 4 ohm,
the subs are dvc 4 ohm, when connecting them in parrallel the will produce 2 ohms load,

You could use that amp with those speakers, but to power more than a pair of subs. You could wire each of those subwoofers voice coils in series so they are essentially 8 ohm subs, then wire both the subs in parallel so they present a 4 ohm load to the amp on channels 3-4 (bridged). Then use channels 1 & 2 to power your front speakers (front doors). Remember, If you will be using the factory deck you will need a line output converter as well as some RCA cables to connect to the signal input to the amp. Also, don't forget to buy a decent 8 gauge power wiring kit for the amp as well. You might want to check out Kee audio (sponsor) to see what they can do for you as well. --->
