I was wondering how many of you guys had alot of subscriptions and if you keep most of your back issues like I do.

here's what I have left after a clean out of about 200 magazines.

I currently subscribe to seven automotive magazines and buy an additional 3-5 per month. I have four subscriptions to video-game and miscellaneous other magazines.

All of them that I can get my hand on, at least the ones that are V8 related, motorcycle, etc.

Since the internet forums like LS1tech have developed, I read far few car rags.

I used to buy Minitruckin, Truckin, Super Chevy, Chevy HiPo, Pontiac Perf., Drag Racing, Tailgate, and a few more every single month
Now Im on a budget, on everything, so all i buy now is GMHTP.

Less magazines, sodas, and fast food = more go fast parts :)

Hmm, a crapload. GM High Tech, Hot Rod, HP Pontiac, Car & Driver, Road & Track, Motortrend, Four Wheeler, SportsCar, Grassroots Racer, CarCraft, 4Wheel & Offroad,,,,I think thats it for the ones I suscribe to. I also buy a few other mags off the stands when something catches my eye.

I keep pretty much all the mags I buy. I've been buying mags since the early eighties. Everything from hunting and gun mags, to car mags, to motorcycle mags to,,,,damn, just about anything in-between. I have alot, most likely around a thousand or so. Maybe alot more. :eek2:

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I would say on average I buy 10-15 mags every month and all of them car, truck or motorcycle related

I have always read car craft. I like GMHTP, but I can never seem to find it for some reason.

I get GMHTP, Car & Driver, and Chevy High Performance. GMHTP isn't big enough... yet, Car and Driver is good for in your face honesty, and Chevy High performance gives me enough EFI stuff to keep me interested in looking at the other articles on the carb'd stuff.

WOW. That's the first time anyone has every seen my magazine stash and not said "what the hell?" no doubt a sign that I am in good company.

I pretty much quit buying Turbo seems all they want to cover is imports.I do buy when they have lots of universal tech articles.

Currently I like Grass Roots Motorsports and British mags quite a bit.Overseas magazines are really expensive $8 a piece.

GMHTP is good because that's about the onlyplace for consistent LS1 info on paper. I don't get LS1tech.com on the crapper yet :)

I buy the Pontiac because of the GTP coverage and I love the second gen T/A's

Still have subscriptions to most of the popular domestics mags.

I'm done buying Motor Trend,Car and Driver the the like. I still have some time left on subscriptions so I browse them for new car info and that's about it.

I usually buy a few import and mustang mags a month :Know thine enemy ;)

I have been buying more softcover books on auto and bike tech lately. I know plenty of basic info. I am trying to get deep into the voodoo of the internal combustion engine and chassis set-up.

Nice to know I am not the only wierdo spending lots of time and money on books/magazines.
