Stereo & Electronics - Driver door window works when it wants too

Ok... So the driver window is acting up.. Itll get stuck in a position and wont move at all.. If i wait a min.. THEN itll go up or down.. sometimes half way or itll go all the way up or down. Is this an electrical shortage or is the motor on its way out?
