Pontiac G8 2008-2009 - What are new G8 GT's going for

My dad is about to buy mom a new G8 and I was wanting to make sure he isn't about to get ripped. For a 2009 GT completely loaded "sport package, sunroof, and etc" they want like $29,800 out the door. Is this about right if not what should he be looking at to pay?

They priced some leather but not fully loaded cars for that. So far he has looked at 2 or 3 dealerships locally, but I'll help him keep looking.

Is your 26k out the door, the best price I got in my area was30k out the door. If I could get one for 26 I will get it.

i just got mine and in the last 2 months they have had two mark ups the sticker price on the 2009 g8 gt is 34k but i am sure u can work out a deal that is just sticker price now.

If that price includes TT&L it's not a bad deal. You could find a better deal else where probably, but no telling how far away.

GMAC has been offering like $3000 cash back and 0% financing for 60 months, so that should equate to something on how good you get out the door...

I got mine for 28k out the door. It has all options but the sunroof. I had to work them pretty hard to get them down to that price, but it can be done if they want to sell it bad enough.

My father paid $28000 plus tax/title/fees Wednesday night. Dont know all the options packages, but it had moonroof, bluetooth, umm... probably a bit more.

That included GM loyalty discount too.

31,500 OTD and I had about $3500 in negative equity. 2009.5 White Hot with Premium and Sunroof. Even with all that negative equity they still gave me good money for my trade(04Maxima). Feels good, slower than the magnum but drives better.

It is faster no question. I went that fast with only 6passes in +1800DA, in good weather and more seat time 12.30's all day. I was looking but could not find what is the fastest for a allstock G8. I wont be able to do any mods anytime soon.
