Any recommendations for a good body shop in the Toronto/ York Region area?

I don't know about Toronto, but I work at Golden Triangle Collision in Guelph, and we're one of the most reputable shops in southern ON.

They quoted me $450 to paint my stock Z28 hood. $350 to do my front nose thats already prepped and $150 to do my rear spoiler.

Have fun with Champion Motors.

Please don't make it sound like were over priced. If it is already prepped price would be lower, but you wanted us to prep we don't know condition of parts without seeing them. Below is the email you sent.

Do you guys still paint cars/parts? I talked to
someone a few months ago about painting a hood for my '88 IROC. Now, I want the
stock hood painted black along with my rear spoiler. Some prep work would be
involved but shouldn't have to fix anything, just sand off old colour etc. How
much would I be looking at for that?

Also, I have a nose cone for the same car. Bumper
cover. To sand that down, fix any uneven parts, shoot black on it. How much would that cost?

Must have been someone else I was talking too then. Got 2 totally different quotes for the same parts. Wasn't bashing. Just stating what I was told. I still wouldn't mind bringing you my parts and you guys having a look at them.

Another thumbs up for Rob. They repaired/repainted my left front fender last year after some bozo did a hit and run on me. The work was well done and competitively priced. They will also do exactly what you ask them to so if you just want a part repaired instead of replaced, they will do it.
