so i live in california... but im gonna be moving up to oregon with my gf, i hate california.. to many bullshit laws and shitty people. i was told there is no smog in oregon? any truth to that? im gonna be doin long tubes, cam no cats all the good stuff.

Lol, dude Orygun is a big state and yes there are parts where there are no emissions but for the most part there are emissions in all the major cities. What part of the green state you and your girl movin to?

Portland is the only area that has smog tests required. The rest of us run what we want. And you will probably run into a lot of X California people here.

Hey all of the portland metro area has DEQ. Portland, Beaverton, troutdale, gresham, Tigard. I live in Keizer, wich is about 30 miles away, and there is no DEQ here! And love it!!!!! So you should move to the Salem, Keizer area.

well im applying for portland PD, however i will not be living in portland.. i was thinking gresham but not if they have emission testing.. it will def be somewheres else, im so sick of smog, california is bullshit, my ls1 is stock other than a dynomax bullet. failed smog 3 times. so im def looking for a town with no smog. im going to be applying to portland pd, gresham pd, salem, eugene. however i would love to live on the coast, we go to winchester bay every 4th of july... thats retirement home though lol.
