Convertible Vehicles - What should this car run in a 1/4

Well I'm thinking about buying a 95 camaro vert. It has a 383 stroker, vortech t trim w/10psi of boost. It's makes 600rwhp. Car is full weight - Has upgraded suspension torque arm, etc, full tubular front k-member. 12 bolt w/ 373 gears, built 6 speed, 17" m/t drag radials in the rear- Guy said it should run mid 10's does this sound right?

K member, and those susp upgrades can really save alittle weight.. ball park, with moderate traction.. should smash a 10, but if you cant get it to hook, I have seen easy 10sec cars run 11s all night. i'd just take him to the track (pay for the gas and any fees) and have him back up the claim to seal the deal.
