12 Second Club - Just barely squeaked into this club
I'm not real proud of my performance, but hopefully with more seat time and some cooler weather coming I will be able to lower the ET.

Seems like something is really wrong..I'd check your tune
The tune has been looked at twice since the original tune. Short of going to someone else and having to pay $300+ for a new tune; what part of the tune is hindering my ET and 60'?
A couple of weeks ago it went 13.03 @ 110.6 with a 2.0 60'. Other than hot and humid Houston air I'm stumped.

I'm looking at your mod list, are you still on the LS1 intake? Or did you upgrade to an LS6 or another intake?

With that mod list, it seems it should be at LEAST a low 12.

keep drivin her
Getting more seat time and the weather was in the mid 60's. My video person did not do a good job, but at least you can clearly see the improvement in ET.

Yes, stock intake.

Yes. I bought some MT dragradials. They bite hard and I don't even need a burn out as you can see from the video.

You know it. It was Houston in July on the 12.92 pass.

You need to heat your tires up some, I would do a burn out....What PSI are you running in your tires?

The converter doesn't seem like it hits very hard.. What cam do you have? You need a LS6 intake, ported TB, UD pulley, and a ram-air of some type..
I would love to have all that stuff put on my car, but I have not heard any good reports on the speed shops in my area. The one I used to do my mods I have now have had my sons car for 6 freaking months (just for a cam kit and to switch out transmission). So, I'll have to wait till I get comfortable with a new shop.

My motor does not make enough horsepower to even break the MT drag radials loose, so I don't bother deteriorating those tires with burnouts. I just drive through the water and spin them over to clean them off.

What size cam? And if you buy an LS6 intake and ported TB that swap can be done in an afternoon if you don't break your OPSU. If you handled the cam and tranny swap yourself you can do the intake easy.
