I've had the Cortex tuner for about 4 months - never had a problem with it. Extremely easy to down load tunes from the Superchips website. Excellent tuner if you have minor mods (CAI & cat back exhaust). You will definately fill a big difference in your cars performance. The unit still comes with about 18 months of warranty through Superchips. The tuner is not scratched or damaged in any way.
The reason I am getting rid of the Cortex tuner is cause I have a set of long tubes on order and I need to get a custom tune for the headers.
If you need any reference or info regarding power gains or Cortex tuner reviews search the forums and there are tons of happy customers that use Cortex.
