Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - ZZ383 425hp

Hi there. What are the first steps to gain more hp with this smallblock?

It already has LT's and true duals so exhaust is cleared.

What would you recomend to get more hp with spraying it?
Im not looking to create a drag racer, but a dd that can tear up the block.

A rpm air-gap intake, good carb, a nice hr maybe a 234/240 550ish(depends on the heads), some afr 210 heads, any one of those things would be a good start. How much money you wanna spend?
