Was in the garage waxing my WS6 here at home bullshitn with my neighbor. He has a 2008 911 carerra and was going on and on bout how fast she is. One thing lead to another and he wants to go. Of course I agree, haven't set up a date yet. Will it be close? Do I make a little wager, since I'm sure he will bite

I assume straight line run.

Ha, no contest in the curves. Freeway run forsure, I doubt I can get him to go from a dig. Probably 40 to 120+

Will also put my stock ws6 wheels back on since I lack traction with my 19" tires.

Straight line I think you have him rather easily. The closer to a dig the better. Torque is your friend. The pressure is on him. Don't think that getting beat by a "lesser machine" won't effect his footwork and shifting. Most Porsche owners have an ego the size of Michael Moore's ass. Now if there is a GT2 or GT3 badge on the back, that car will move Michael Moore's ass right past you.

Your modded, so as long as your in the high 12's should be fine. If he's a "great" driver you might be in for a good run. I have a feeling the high TQ numbers should be in your favor. Also don't go past 150+ obviously.

Haven't taken her to the track as of yet. Waiting to get my u/d pulley before I get a prof. tune and then we'll see what she turns @ Sears Point
