Are they the same as all other V8 springs? Hardtop/Formula/TA/Z28/t-top, etc?

I'm looking to buy used OEM V8 springs but I want to make sure they are the same first. I know there's a weight difference with our cars.

When I removed my springs and ran aftermarket lowing springs I was told there was no difference.
