Is the F-Body slave any better? I know most everyone does the F-body slave for price, but I wanna know if they are better. I am about to put all new hydraulics in my GTO, and unless the F-Body is better I'm going with an LUK GTO slave.

thanks,

I have a fbody slave in my mine but i cant really tell i mean its alot hard to push in but you get used to it. But yeah mainly its for the price i got my slave cyclinder for like 60 bucks and a new gto one was like 300 all you gotta do is change out the fittings on them.

The slave is the SAME,the only diference is the fitting and the price.

Maybe the one we sell at work is wrong...I'll have to pull some part #'s and find out. Its definitely cheaper than $300

WTF? When I asked you if it had the stock hydraulics in it, you said yes? Thats a handy bit of information LOL. Any idea how many miles are on it?

Knowing that I'm gonna AT LEAST try to just replace the master with a Tick. Its worth seeing what happens before I pull the damn trans:nod:

I'm glad you visited this thread LMAO

The f-body slave is not better.. it's still going to be the same shitty slave as stock except for the shittier fitment.. I'm a little bitter at mine, due to the fact the slave managed to fuck my entire clutch system up.. I'll personally be going with the Monster stage 2 clutch/slave or the LS7.

Well, I have an OZ700, F-body slave, and my Tick master showed up Friday. We'll see how it works...
