A guy localy is selling me a ls6 intake complete for 200 bucks. But im new to ls1 stuff so i dont want to get ripped off. It doesnt have a egr port. can you guys please help me.

There are LS1 intakes without EGR, so be careful.
Get the part number, and look at the bottom of the intake. There is a large area of ribbing, if its flat its and LS6. If it rolls slightly its an LS1.

ONE of the LS6 intake part numbers was 88890523. There is probly more, I dont know. Google it see what you find.
