SO... I have been searching and found basically that any Ls manifold will BOLT ON to a L92 head, but the port shape is obviously different. So does this mean that they will bolt on and work? Or they will just bolt on and block flow or ? I wanted to use a set of manifolds from a GXP for the turbo set up like I had seen before but i wanted to be certain whether or not they would come close to working before I shell out the $$ to get a set in hand. TIA!

There is really only one "manifold" set that will bolt on, assuming you doing the yellow S-10 in your avatar. Which is a 98-99 F-body, but they still have to be modified. Headers are a different story. You dont have to run "D" port shaped tube if thats what your wondering.
If your looking for an S-10 exhaust system for an LS swap, I have an entire one one my garage. True dual exhaust with already modified 98-99 manifolds, Magnaflow XL Stainless mufflers, and it exits out the rear of the truck. PM me if your interested, I drove with it on my truck for ~5000 miles and stayed out of the rain. It would just have to be welded back together....
I just did CNC LS3 heads myself. :)

im actually doing a first gen swap, I like the yellow one too much to cut into it at this point :) I was actually just wondering about the port shape more than anything, in regards to what would work manifold to head, not fitting in the truck. They will be pointing the wrong way when I get done with them... or maybe its the right way!

The exhaust ports are "D" shaped....
