12 Second Club - 12's are good for now

Figured i'd make this post. I ran 12.22 @ 109 with a 60' of 1.62 this year at Rt. 66 opening day. It spun a bit and the weather wasn't all that great. So with a bit of tuning and a better day, maybe alittle better times can be had. The mods done to the car are in my sig. I'll try and get a pic of my time slip up either late tonight or tomarrow morning.

Congrats..... Pretty low time for your mph but good 60'

Each pass it spun some and we were still getting the tune straight on it. So with alittle more time, I could improve.

IF it wouldn't have spun the bit it did, it would be in the high 1.5's

Nope you didn't misread. I'm rockin the 10 bolt. Its not exactly stock though lol. Only upgrade I want to do is a set of Moser axles. With the parts that are in it, i'm not gonna have a problem. Making the car light is gonna help.

6 speed or auto?

Level 4/5 4L60E built by MTS with a TCI 4k converter.

The DA was 2k that day and getting the shift points right will get you in the 11's alone. Not to mention the bad 02 you have.
