I got a pair of low mile 799 heads (same as 243) and have a set of long tubes, udp and ls6 intake ready to go. What kind of gains should i expect? Hp, tq and time

I don't see a stall listed in your signature. You need to get one of those before messing with the heads. That's where the big gain will come from.

well just to clear things up, the stall will make him faster but not give power gains, correct?

yes the stall will get you in your power band quicker and keep it there but will not gain any power you might even lose a little but it wont feel like it at all.
I would guess about a 50+rwhp gain from those mods, the more power you get like when you throw a cam in there the more the mods will show to be usefull then they will now with the factory bumpstick in there.
