The original owner (who I'm now friends with) bought it new in '06 and paid 26K OTD...he added the H/C/I and some other nice parts and traded it in last Dec. towards a Z06. I bought it from that dealer in March for $18.5K with 19K on it. I would've never bought such a modded vehicle but after talking to the original owner and realizing everything was done right by a reputable shop I jumped on it...saved me alot of $$ buying it this way than paying the same price for a stock one and coming out of pocket thousands to build it. I know alot of people are of the "built not bought" mentality but sometimes it just works out better buying it "built", IMO.

How does $16,900 sound for a 2006 M6 with 51,000 miles on it? Any one with ideas where they think would be a fair price? I was thinking more around $15,500, car is pretty clean - the wheels have some curb rash and the front bumper has some rubbing on the pavement side.

Thanks for the suggestions.
