Well my car just went under the knife starting this week, pulling out motor and sending block to the machine shop to forged it out, going to be running 317 heads with patriot dual springs and epp boost cam,ls6 intake,85mm tb,hooker headers,12 bolt moser with 4:10's and d1 front mount procharger....

1st question is what hp do you think I can pull off?

second question is: buddy of mine is bulding a 95 cobra with 04 cobra block with a kenne bell, he says its a new supercharger called mammoth from kenne bell not sure what it is exactly, he says he should be close to 700hp with it, I personally cant believe that it can push that much on a stock 04 cobra block. or can it?

what do you think the outcome of this race would be? just wanted to see what you guys had to say, maybe some of you have seen a familiar race already

the 03/04 cobras have manley rods, forged pistons, forged crank and arp bolts, so their blocks can easily handle 800+hp to the wheels. ive seen many 03 cobras putting over 800whp on the stock bottom end, dont underestimate the 03/04 cobra. id think that you would be pretty close to him but watch out for that instant kenne bell torque

Just put sugar on his gas tank. And presto you have the win :D I kid I kid! Don't do that. But ya you should be close. However we do have a bench racing forum now so this is where this should go.

Don't know.
And yes, that can be done without issue.
Stock short block is setting records in the 8's IIRC.

Sugar is not soluble in gasoline...it won't do anything. A decent fuel sock will keep that situation under control. Unless you use pounds of sugar...

Absolutely. But right off the bat you will be over 500 rwhp

kenn bell 03/04 cobras are usually always around 600rwhp with just that and minimal mods. If he has some new supercharger and other mods then 700rwhp is very possible on those things.
