The base 402/408 c.i., 6.0L LQ9 iron block, has a Eagle 4340 forged crank, Eagle forged H-beam rods, Mahle forged pistons, with Clevite H bearings, ARP studs and is balanced and blueprinted.

Options are available for almost every engine combination. Quality part options can be selected from Diamond, Mahle, or Arias pistons; Eagle or Callies crankshafts; Eagle, Callies, GRP, Carrillo rods. If you need a nitrous or boosted build then the upgrades are available for you. A steel top ring should be used for all serious power adders with nitrous of more than a 150 shot or boost in excess of 10 psi.
