It means you signature is in violation of the rules. With a picture in your sig, you are allowed 3 lines of text max. I'm seeing 5 lines of text in yours with your pic. Condense your sig down a little, cause it does look garbled. An Administrator put that there also, and being they put that there and didn't edit it on his own, they are giving you time to change it yourself. They could have deleted your whole sig.
