Sorry if this is a repost. Looks like GM will release a longer zeta platform car badged as a Caprice. It will be just for the police force, but that could change if there is enough interest I suppose.

Hmm, so maybe the 'G8 line rebadged as Chevrolet models' isn't quite dead just yet, nice. :cool:

This is awesome...and a great idea. If they do offer them to the general public it may be cheaper than the G8....and of course many will be in line to get the used up cop cars dirt cheap. Now if they'll just make some manual equiped police cruisers, I'll jump in line.

badass. id love to see a production one for us. my city usually gets new cop cars whenever they come out so ill assume theyll get this one too. fine with me, ill know exactly which one is a cop car since there wont be a civilian version

its a rebadged G8 so its not too much uglier..but I agree about the SHO...TT anything is just plain cool

Haha, would love to have that to be honest... would be brilliant especially if you could change the sound on the engine horn to a siren.

The last fucking thing I want is a Police cruiser with an LS2 in it
