Finally got some cool air and made a decent pass on Friday night! Air was perfect, track was working for me all night.
I have had some bad luck with getting the car to hook so I changed a few things around to finally get it back to where it was!
60'- 1.37
330'- 3.88
1/8- 6.03
1/8 mph- 115.90mph
1000'- 7.86
1/4- 9.40
1/4 mph- 147.99mph
I was on cloud fucking nine. The car has never run that fast before
This is a 23*, stock block, mild street car with a fogger (28N/24F) and a th400 in a 1996 TA WS6 Vert. race weight was 3620lbs rolling to the line!
BAD NEWS: I decided I wanted to back the pass up with another. Run down

dumping at the 1000' marker. My low oil light came on and stayed on. Killed it and costed to this. Pulled # 2,4,1 out and they were covered in oil. This engine has been in the car for OVER 3 years. Over 400 1/4 passes, 2000 street miles beating the shit out of it! I have got my money worth out of it
I cant complain. We are going to pull it out, figure out what is wrong with it. New goal for 2010 is to run 8.8@152. Thats where I have set my goal. Over the winter I plan to add Aerospace front and rear breaks, Simpson chute, funny car cage, and Maybe some weld Alumastars if the wifey will let me....
Huge thanks to Cold Fusion Nitrous, Sloan Racing Engines, The crew at RPM for all the tunning help and my dad and fiance!! Without there help I couldn't do this! Cant wait to get on a good track and turn this thing lose!!
