11 Second Club - finally in the 11's then break driveshaft in half

Went up to NE dragway for some test and tune runs made a 11.86 @122.13 finally on the second pass. Hot lapped it around for the third run and snapped the driveshaft in half (stock) which has held up for almost 4 years. 1.874 60 foot still needs alot of work but im happy i made it into the 11's for now new drive shaft on order should be in at the end of the week and have another go at it soon.

still on nelson mail order tune hopefully making it over to slowhawk this winter

Good run OP, there's definitely more left in it, keep pluggin away! Your MPH is there, you just need to get it down the track with a good 60'!

i kno i shud be running faster def but i havent been up much this year and i kno theres some more mph in it with a real tune also..its all about seat time planning on goin up again in a few weeks work on the 60 foot

Well I know it is all about seat time. When I ran on 315s on TTMs (street tires) I ran a 12.3... Switched to my 16s put on some M/T ET Streets and ran an 11.8 first pass. That was on stock 241s and stock LS6 Intake... I am hoping for an 11.6 this year.

Dont forget you ran in -DA weather. Not everyone is that lucky, best da I saw at our track this year was 2800da and now the track is closed for the year :(

thanks man im trying ive only been to the track twice this year mayb total of 4 runs on the new setup then the driveshaft shit out...the new one showed up last night so ill be back at it soon..i think with a real tune ill be running the mph the combo i got should be running it runs sooo rich with the nelson mail order. i have no reason to hold back on the launches now. ill really try and work on the 60 foot times next time up

by the way how u like the mt et streets...i have teh radials and theyre in need of replacement soon
