3m plastic bumper repair. It's a filler, comes in rigid and felxible, I'd go flexible. Use it an a few applications to build it up higher than the holes and sand, primer and paint.

would i need to get the body shop to fade it in to the other silver? or could i go about this on my own with some touch up spray cans/pens?

How nice is the car, and what do you expect the finished product to be? The holes need to be ground out, and feathered back before the plastic repair material is applied. Best for a good bodyshop or bodyman, painter sidejob.

yeah that's what i was thinking, i'm going to get that fixed, the roof blacked out, and the CETA mod done all at the same time. i just dont want it to be to expensive as this car is just a daily i bought so i could get around CA
