I am still waiting for supras response to my last PM as of right now it's still unknown of when we will race I say either the steert or track he wants E-Town I want Atco he wants E-Town so it will be E-Town the 24th or Atco the 30TH either way I'll be ready finishing up the car in this upcoming week and going to get a retune just to see dyno numbers to make sure they match up.

Well I've taken it out and put it back in 2 times in the last 3 days. :bang:

1st time I forgot to connect the starter and with the motor mount in the way I couldn't.....back out it came to connect the starter.

2nd time was this. I had just got ARP header studs because I wanted the header install to be alot easier and its a PITA to have to have someone hold the longtubes from under the car and you hold them from the top so you can thread the bolts and hope you don't cross thread them. Well with the studs the headers went on amazingly. Put on all the nuts except for some odd reason I didn't do the very back one on the driver's side. Well come to find out the nut is too big to turn without hitting the header. So I have two options...1 take the header off and dent it where the nut goes. or 2 take the stud out and put the bolt where it goes. I did 2 but had to take the motor out in order to get the pliars on the stud to get it out. Worked wonderfully.

Now the motor is back in the car. :lol: Hopefully for good. I can pull the motor out and put it back in within 3 hours. :pimp:

I'd love to have some help! Most of the time though the help I get ends up slowing me down or I end up having to do their "progress" over. Best help you can get is someone that will do nothing but hand you the right tools and fast.

I'm pulling out the 331. Block wont handle the power I want so I'm going with a C9 351W block. :nod: Its already at the machine shop. When it gets more solid I'll pm you the specs of it. I got the upper intake today. Fedex is a piece of shit...everytime they seem to drop off my boxes somewhere else in a parallel universe yet UPS always seems to get it right the first time. So my fuel injectors are at someone else's house and Fedex gets to go fetch them tomorrow and bring them (hopefully) to me. Gotta mail off my chip to the dyno shop (too lazy to drive there) and have them put me in a "fart around town tune" so I can break my new clutch in. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd thats about it for the update.
