They are on the GM Performance site under "Body In White". Mine actually came in white, but they can come in pretty much any color (you don't get to choose).

Any idea where NHRA is gonna factor those things? I called Glendora last week, and they didn't know squat...

Also, have you ran across any body/finish defects on your new BIW? Reason I ask is, we were trying to get info on the BIW for a while (we ended up buying a regular 1SS before the BIW became public) and the last info I saw said the bodies with defects would be pulled and used as the BIW cars...

This appears to be the only factory defect (lower rear quarter).

The tarp and straps did more damage!

What are you planning to do with your SS? If it is Stock/SS send me a PM.

What you see is what you get. I actually signed a contract that stated that I would take it in any state of damage!! It can also never see a public highway.

Get pulled over your screwed. They cannot be licensed/registered as they have no VIN I believe. Sold for racing purposes only.

Not an issue. This is my 1995 AC-delete, zero option Formula with 186 original miles.

If I wanted a car to drive around I would buy a 1SS.

Looks like a real cool project. Slap one of those new LT1 motors that GM is putting out (you know......."the vette motor"). Should be fast, probably run in the mid 13's with some nice mods!!!

Are the rest of the pieces available yet to make it look somewhat complete - I.E. sideskirts, bumpers, lights, etc? Is anyone making any fiberglass replicas yet?

It's pretty cool regardless.
