Negative Trader Feedback - sweet98ta has my money and I don't have the parts

They gave me their number and I have called and sent several text messages and haven't heard anything back. I have also sent pm's and haven't received anything back from those either since the money has been sent.

Did you not see where somebody did a write up on him (here in the negative feedback section) on 9-26? Besides that, he's only got one trader rating, i've been scammed on here before so unless they have 10+ positive trader ratings, I won't buy from them. Now, it's only been 3 days so hopefully it'll work out for you...I wish you luck, but in the future, you should be more careful who you deal with.

I paid on the 7th and I hadn't heard anything from him since. He finally texted me back tonight and said it's supposed to get shipped tomorrow. I told him once the tracking info is given and the items arrive I'll remove this and the paypal dispute.

Communication is pretty crucial. If you don't respond to someone for five days, they are going to think that you are trying to take their money.

He said it's been shipped, but I have repeatedly asked for the confirmation numbers and haven't got anything back from him.

Still nothing, anything we can do about this?!

The crossmember got here yesterday and the driveshaft got here today. Now I'm just hoping the DS is the right size, I won't find out until Tuesday though when I'm off of work.
