It's done using the tag. In the example you referenced, the photos are hosted on photobucket. You can do the same even if you use the Attachment feature on this website.

In short, upload a picture, get the URL of the picture and add it in between the tag and it will display as you see it.

For example:
http://ui.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.ls1tech.com/get/logos/2007logo07sm.jpg
will do:
http://ui.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.ls1tech.com/get/logos/2007logo07sm.jpg
