LS4 Front-Drives 2005-2009 - opinions on race seats

ok so i have one kirkey at home thinking about getting a second bigger one for passengers im just slightly worries about mounting them i have a buddy that does the 4 wheelin stuff and does all his own cages i dont want to cage the car but we were going to mount the seats with a small hoop going up the back to support the seat more only thing im worried about is people in the back eating a bar i would pad them if i installed them but i dont want them to endanger people you know?

the seat is awesome though feels nice and looks sweet and its light as hell

also like that i have not seen these in a GXP yet i mean who does not want do do some thing new right?

what do you guys think

i wouldnt put a bar in it. i thought your whole goal was to cut as much weight as possible? and theyre not red are they?

yeah the seat cover is red i think it will work with the car the only problem is the seats are designed to mount the back to something as well but maybe ill figure out a floor mount to eliminate some of that flex i need to get rid of
