I posted this on the other forum too....but I want as much input as I can get.

I recently picked up a B&M shifter, I'm not worried about breaking the handle because I don't shift like a moron. That being said, lets focus on the question at hand please.


I noticed that there are no adjustable stops in the shifter. Adjustable stops are KEY to protecting the transmission.

Has anyone had some stops (basically just threaded holes, bolt, and a nut) machined into their shifter? I figure I could have a machine shop do it for next to nothing. Seems like a small price to pay to protect a trans.
