The price is for the T61s. Twin 76s are really, really overkill for anything under 400ci.

I'd hate to give a horsepower estimate and it not happen because every scenario is different. Though, I don't see why it shouldn't make over 600 rear-wheel depending on the compression ratio of that motor.

The kit on my stock LS6 made 511rwhp at 8psi (before upgrades). When it was completely stock, it only made 327rwhp.. so figure almost 200rwhp with the kit + 8psi. But like I said, every scenario is different.
