Tools & Fabrication - Magnum (aka Wheeltronic) vehicle lifts?

Anyone know or hear of these? I'm looking at a used two post model.

I haven't been able to find a lot of info other than Wheeltronic is sold by Snap-on.

Never heard of them, It is an import or domestic lift? how much?

$1800 OBO.
3 years old, little use.

Not sure where it's manufactured.
