Generation IV External Engine - anyone know if the super victor is out yet for a ls3?

ok i am gonna go with a 427ish ls3 i wanna go with a carb style intake. has anyone heard anything about the super vic yet? i got some time but i wanna start getting stuff together. everthing i see is that it will be out.. any eta?
