Other Special Events - NRCC Veterans Day Car Show (NOV 7th) @ CCOG / Goldsboro

It's that time again; the Neuse River Car Club will be throwing the 15th Annual Veterans Day Chairity Car Show. All proceeds will be donated to the D.A.V. (Disabled American Veterans). It will be a TOP 50 Event with a Best of Show/Dealers Choice Trophy.



-Date/ November 7th 2009/ Raindate November 14th 2009

-Time/ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

-Registration will start at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

-All Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles are Welcome

-Cost/ $20 Donation to Enter Show/ Free to the Public

-Location/ CCOG/ 3300 HWY 70 East Bypass/ Goldsboro/ 27532

*** Any legitimate/organized Car, Truck, or Motorcycle club that can bring 12 cars or more to enter the show will be paid $100 at the end of the event***

This was a brilliant idea! It's always a nice feeling knowing that your money will go on a long way and will help disabled veterans. I hope you guys repeat this event not only once a year but, maybe, at least twice or thrice a year. I'm sure it contribute a lot of funds to the charity. Woot woot!:nod:

Thanks again! The NRCC and CCOG really tries to put all our eggs in one basket for the year on this show. CCOG is a great sponsor and donates a lot of money to fund things. All proceeds (100%) go to Disabled American Veterans. It is a great cause and even if you might not be able to make it please spread the work to any Car, Truck, or Bike Club/Enthusiast to come out and support it if they can. Every $20 entry fee helps a Disable Veteran that has fought for our country have a better shot at life now that they are back home and coping with giving a big sacrifice for all us.

20 vehicles = $200

The check will be written to the legitimate club at the show. Also, the check will be written to the clubs name.
