I was trying to slow the damn car down on that last run to get the 12.0 class. Damn it was close!! Oh well maybe I can do some good in the rumble class.

I had no clue the awards were at the the racer party. I got to the party late. Food was gone as was Rob with my award and Doug's. We will look for them tomorrow.

Actually Mike did enter but for some reason is name was with the regular true street cars instead of LSX true street, not sure why. However, he hurt something on the first pass and did not get a time and did not come back.

I was bummed about losing the 12.0 class but my spirits changed alot this morning when I was informed that I won the "average Joe" award. I gladly accepted the $1000, I guess it will pay for the transmission I just built. :)

I had a great time at the event. I also can't believe I won the 10.0 class. Since this was only my 3rd. day total at a track. I did have a couple new best though. I ended up with a 1.41 60ft. a new best 8th mile of a 6.16 and a new best et of 9.7?. I have to change out my valvle springs for some stronger one's. Non the less, the wife and I had a great time and will be back for next year.

We had 18 left in the Rumble for round 3 when we left the track yesterday and I am one of them. Unfortunately, I think some may have had to leave. Driver at the hotel told me he knew of two that had to leave. If this is the case we have 4 rounds to go.

It was weird, a few did have traction issues but I counted 5 LSX cars that broke u-joints.

I had traction issues and broke a u joint wtf :mad: car would try to hook right away and would then just break traction badly all the sudden

yeah, definitely was a weird weekend, I had a hard time getting hooked up and when i finally did ...broke a 35 spline strange axle..never thought that would have happened. congrats to all the winners! already planin for next year

ill get it to the ground back at my home track before the seasons end. it will go 8.5 over 160 on a 295, 17" drag radial at over 3800# and drive it home.

its def not the most consistant combo tho! urs was certainly that.
