I think it was Vengence's car. It didn't sound like a V8 at all. Sounded like a crotch rocket, just crazy rpms. So, how high, any specs, I love some high rpm motors.

Car is owned by Keith Berry. But yeah, it did sound pretty high! I believe its a ProLine 427.

Thanks. We only got to run 1 kit this weekend. the controller was going hay wire and cutting on and off repeatedly down the track. I did manage to cut a 1.29 60' on the 8.92 pass. Re-wiring the entire car this week or next. Should be back racing first weekend of November.

It was great meeting everyone this weekend. Congrats to redgar!

Hey Keith.. I spoke with you in the staging lanes on Saturday.

Figured I would share a little bit of information with you, as we had had some very similar problems from our Maximizer as well. It seems the RPM input is very touchy on that controller. A friend of ours had a shaky RPM signal, and his controller actually went through the progressive ramp 16 times during one mid five second eighth mile pass. We were having similar trouble from ours, only not to that degree. We bypassed that issue with a digiset, but plan to re-wire this winter. A friend of ours had his controller mounted next to his 7531 box, and other electronics, and it was causing some serious "noise" in the wiring. He moved the controller to the trunk, and just re-wired the controller, and has not had a single issue since.

427 lsx proline built. T400 by RPM. TCI converter. 2 stages @ 300 shot each (only sprayed 1 kit at shoot out). Fast xfi. All pro heads. Pfadt suspension. bunch of 1 of parts.
